Focus on yourself, the goal is find the presence of the child, the here and now, your natural curiosity, the joy of life. Walking is a form of active meditation, we can use simple movement of step to focus our energy and remove the “unnecessary” thoughts, all that does not really exist that inhabits our minds polluting it. You will follow itineraries reflecting difference interest, botanical, geography, traditions, history, meditation,health, silence and freedom.
